Meet Lindsay, Certfied Nurse Midwife

Caring for women and families has been at the center of my life for as long as I can remember. I became a registered nurse in 2008 because I truly felt called to serve. My years at the bedside in the Pediatric ICU and in Labor and Delivery shaped me in ways I will always be grateful for. Those experiences deepened my love for maternal and child health, and they also opened my eyes to the kind of compassionate, holistic care that women deserve.

While working closely with nurse-midwives, I felt something come alive in me. Watching the way they supported women, honored their choices, and created a sense of safety and trust made me realize I wanted to do more. I knew I needed to return to school and expand my training so I could be part of the change I hoped to see in the medical community. That decision ultimately led me to start my Doctor of Nursing Practice in Midwifery in 2019,  which I completed in 2021.

My approach to midwifery is grounded in connection, respect, and truly listening. I believe deeply in holistic and trauma-informed care, where every woman feels safe, seen, and heard. Whether I am supporting someone through pregnancy, labor, or the postpartum period, or simply offering guidance during a gynecologic visit, my goal is always to meet women where they are. I want my clients to feel empowered, informed, and fully included in their own care.
